Contact CareerBuildPilot AI
Questions about a plan, a billing charge, your account, or a tool that did not behave the way you expected — send them here. Feature requests and criticism are as welcome as support questions; we read every message that comes through the form. Give as much detail as you can, and include the email address on your account when the question is about billing or access, so we are not guessing which account you mean.
Support and billing
The message form on this page reaches the support inbox directly. For anything touching payments — a charge you do not recognise, a plan change, a refund request under the Refund Policy, or a subscription you want cancelled — include the email address on the account and the approximate date of the transaction. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or one-time codes; nobody here will ever ask you for them.
Feature requests and feedback
If a tool produced a poor result, telling us what you asked for and what you got back is far more useful than a general report, and it is how the prompts behind each tool get improved. Signed-in users can also send feedback from inside the app. Auto Job Apply is the feature we are asked about most — it is planned, not yet available, and not something that can be switched on for an individual account.
Follow the product
We post product updates and job-search tips on Instagram at instagram.com/careerbuildpilot, where announcements about new tools and plan changes go first. The blog on this site carries the longer written guides on resumes, ATS screening and interview preparation.

Frequently asked questions
How do I contact CareerBuildPilot AI support?
Use the message form on this page, which goes straight to the support inbox, or write to the support email address shown beside it. Include the email address on your account for anything about billing or access.
I was charged and something looks wrong. What should I send?
Send the email address on the account, the approximate date and amount of the charge, and what you expected instead. Never include card numbers, CVV, passwords or one-time codes in a message — they are not needed to look up a payment, and nobody from CareerBuildPilot AI will ask you for them.
Can I request a feature or report a bad AI result?
Yes, and both go through the same form. For a poor AI result, describe what you asked for and paste back what you received; that pairing is what makes it fixable. Signed-in users can also send feedback from within the app.
