What we are building

A single credit-based platform covering the whole application loop: write, score, tailor, apply, interview and track. Twelve tools ship today — resume library and builder with PDF templates, ATS score checker, resume optimizer, resume tailoring, cover letter generator, LinkedIn profile optimizer, interview preparation, AI mock interview, AI video interview with a recorded report, career advisor and roadmap, and a job application tracker. Auto Job Apply is planned and not available yet; we say so on its own page rather than listing it as a shipped feature.

Who it is for

Freshers building a first resume and rehearsing common questions, experienced professionals tailoring an existing resume to each role, and career switchers mapping a transition and reframing past experience for a new function. Pricing is in Indian rupees and payments run through Razorpay, so the product is India-first, while the interface and everything it generates are in English and usable by job seekers anywhere.

How we treat AI output

Everything the AI produces is a draft you review, edit and regenerate. AI misreads context and over-generalises, so you stay the final author of every resume, cover letter and LinkedIn section. The ATS score is an estimate based on how your resume is structured and worded — it is not a reading from any particular employer’s system, and no tool can predict a hiring decision. We do not promise interviews or jobs, and we do not publish success statistics we cannot verify.

How we treat your data

We do not sell your personal data, and your resume and interview content are not used to build advertising profiles. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS/HTTPS and passwords are stored as salted hashes. You can delete individual resumes and generated documents from your library at any time, and deleting your account removes or irreversibly anonymises your personal data, except where records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons. How the pricing works

CareerBuildPilot AI is a paid product rather than an ad-funded one, and there is no permanent free tier. You start with a one-time ₹11 trial and then choose a monthly plan. Each plan carries a monthly credit allowance, and individual AI actions spend credits from your wallet, so you are not paying separate subscriptions to do each step of an application.

• Cover Letter Generator — Turn your resume into a personalised cover letter for the role you're applying to — in the tone you choose, editable in the browser, and ready to download as a PDF.
• LinkedIn Profile Optimizer — CareerBuildPilot AI rewrites your headline, About section and experience bullets around the role you actually want, so the right recruiters find you and stay on your profile.
• Interview Preparation — Enter the role you're interviewing for and get a focused set of likely questions — HR, technical, behavioural or scenario — each with a tip on what a strong answer should cover.
• AI Mock Interview — Practise a real back-and-forth with an AI interviewer, one question at a time. Every answer comes back with a score out of 100 and feedback you can use on the next one.
• AI Video Interview — Set up a video interview for the role you want, answer on camera, and get an AI report on what you said and how you said it — with the recording saved so you can watch it back.
• AI Career Advisor — Tell CareerBuildPilot AI where you are and where you want to go. Get a step-by-step career roadmap with milestones, prioritised skill gaps and the next moves that actually matter.
• Job Application Tracker — Stop losing track of where you applied. Log every role, move it from Wishlist to Offer, and keep notes, recruiter contacts and follow-up dates in one organised pipeline.
